B10 Car Wash Fountain

Built in 1977 was unnamed perhaps until the US Bancorp tower went in in 1983 creating a problematic wind-tunnel that caused the fountain to spray cars (and perhaps business people on their way to work at Big pink) earning it the nick-name “Car Wash fountain”.   It kinda looks like a car wash to begin with.
